Should I or should I not?

Everyone thinks it's best if I transfer to another Starbucks.
Or I quit and get a new part time job.

Firstly, 15's closing hours are late.
Secondly, people there hardly appreciate the things you do.
Thirdly, the pay's low.

But then again.
I can tell my scheduling manager to not put me on closing shift so often.
I don't care if the pay is low.
I enjoy working there.
I enjoy the friends I have there.
I am amazed by how I got connected with customers and we became friends.
I enjoy seeing the regulars.
I love making the drinks.
I love doing the cleaning.
I am happy I got the title merchandise specialist. =.=
- I am not being sarcastic. =)

People just dont understand the way I see things.
They want what's best for me.
But what's best for me is that I enjoy working and I love working there.
It's the ambience, the environment that makes me wanna go work everyday.

What's the use if salary's high, place is safe but I don't like the place?
I can't communicate with people there?
If I am not happy even with high paying salary every month
or I'm still working with Starbucks but I can't communicate with people there,
I am not motivated to work.
I am not motivated to pour in my effort.
I am not motivated to show others how much I enjoy working in Starbucks.

Long story short, I am a different person since I became one of the Starbucks SS15 family.
And there's a bond, a connection between all of us that it's hard to let go off.
They, are my other family.
